Developing Resilience: Overcoming the Barriers and Challenges to Becoming Resilient

June 8 @ 10:00 am - 10:45 am

It is during challenging and uncertain times that we question ourselves, our ability to endure the constant pressure and strain of what we are going through and the feelings of uncertainty going forward.

Resilience is more than just the belief that we will “bounce back.” It is about looking hard at how we communicate internally, understanding how negative thinking holds us back and holds us down, and how we make the choice to alter and improve our thinking to improve our outlook on life.

Resilience is ultimately about self-investment — looking after and nurturing our mental, physical and emotional selves, implementing healthy and productive solutions to restore and rejuvenate ourselves to live the life we want.

For this installment of our webinar series, Michael Lewis will discuss:

  • Strategies for handling and managing anxiety and stress
  • Understanding fatigue and making a plan of action to mitigate it
  • Transitioning from acceptance to taking action
  • The important role of self-care and personal focus
  • Giving yourself and others a break
  • How to tap your resilience and grow it
  • How business owners and managers inspire resilience in their employees
  • …and so much more

Discover solutions to the barriers to your own personal resilience and learn how to tap into your inner strength to overcome and move on with confidence. Tough times never last, but tough, smart, creative and resilient businesspeople do.
