About the Panellists

Her passion is helping clients by building their HR infrastructure through people and strategic vision. Therese’s areas of expertise include HR coaching, strategic planning, terminations, training & development, and compensation strategies.

Trish Gill is an HR Project Leader & Career Transition Coach at Ladder HR Solutions with over 20 years of experience in the field. She reinforces her knowledge and experience in HR through intuition and emotional intelligence, allowing her to work with anyone. Trish has expertise in project management, software implementation, career coaching, career transitions, accommodations, employee relations, and training & development.

Ashton Sauer is a Senior HR Generalist at Ladder HR Solutions with seven years of experience in the field. She creates policies that adhere to legislation, develops employee training and recognition programs, and offers advice on complex issues. Ashton’s expertise includes COVID-19 response & return to work plans, policy development, legislation compliance, employment law in Ontario and Canada, HR trends, accommodations, employee relations, training & development, and recruitment & retention.
