The Workforce Development and Planning Board (Elgin Middlesex Oxford) has launched their annual EmployerOne Survey, and Community Futures Middlesex would like to encourage all local business owners and entrepreneurs to take the time and complete the survey. The deadline for submission of your response to this survey is January 31 2023.
The survey covers questions surrounding a host of issues faced by entrepreneurs and business owners relating to workforce, opportunities, separations, recruitments, challenges, as well as education, skills and training needs.
It is a valuable planning tool that identifies talent and skills shortages for community organizations to plan their responses.
